      Keweenaw Brewing Company’s Pick Axe Blonde Ale, Lift Bridge Brown Ale or Widow Maker Black Ale (Houghton MI)

      1st Course:
      Venison pate ~ cherry mostarda
      “Zombie Killer” B. Nektar Meadery (Ferndale MI)

      2nd Course:
      Smoked whitefish chowder ~ crispy shallots
      “Dirty Bastard” Founders Brewing Company (Grand Rapids MI)

      3rd Course
      Duck and foie gras pasty ~ huckleberry reduction
      “Oro de Calabaza” Jolly Pumpkin Artisan Ales (Dexter MI)

      4th Course
      Braised rabbit ~ morel risotto ~ shaved parmesan
