      I’ve been hearing and reading about he use of egg whites as a fining agent. It seems common for wine but not for beer. Has anyone used it. Does anyone have some info about it?

      I’ve not used it, but likewise heard of it before. I usually just use time as my clarifying agent :p. However, I have also used gelatin with good effect.
