Anyone know what brand this fermenter is? I received 4 of these and they are 35 gallons each.

The brewery begins! You need a walk in cooler for those bright/serving tanks.:)

I dunno but they look cool. Can it be sealed/pressurized?

Now you just need to upgrade your rig to accommodate 55gal drums. :oops

      Yeah,
they have a gasket just like the Blichmann does.
under the lid is a cross member with a welded on threaded stud.
that a large T-handle spins down onto to act as a clamp.
they have a site glass on the sides. and a bottom threaded nipple for a valve.
also at or near the top is a compression T.
we have not yet figured this part out.
Steve also got a bottle of Helium that went with them.
we thought it might have been used to push the beer around.

Dave: Why do you think they are Bright Tanks? Yes, there is a big black gasket to seal them up.

I’m working with NASA to get one of the Space Shuttle Rocket Engines to heat the strike water.

Why not? They have a site glass. Perfect for bright or serving. I’m guessing the cone is a little shallow for fermenting. Throw one in the van and bring it to the party saturday. If nothing else, it’d be a good conversation piece.
Should I bring the funny ballons for the helium to the party?:drunk
