As most of us know. this event takes place in the fall. We the club have been invited to the newly opened

3rd Horse Craft Brewing Supply Shop to put this on under their covered porch. there is room to put our e-z ups just out front of that porch to give us extra room to move and be sheltered from the fall weather.

I’m not sure yet about a start time. I’d say lets sound off here for now getting David an idea of how many of us plan to come on out and brew.

we have also been asked and invited to brew for the day and participate in HopLores bottle release event on Nov.3rd. this is open to any of us same as at 3rd Horse. if you are closer and want to head there you will be welcome to do so. lots of perks for brewing at a brewery….

Sound OFF MEGA…. who else plans to come out and BREW ? Bring a friend. plan for cold weather.

tarps and e-z ups will be a huge deal so we can block as much wind as possible. also plan on straps and bungee cords. shop hours are from 9-4 so plan accordingly. I say we should for sure be making hot water no later than 8:30. set up around 8 am. but that’s just me. who’s planning to make what?

12 more days and we don’t really have much in way of participation here….. David is asking us to make sure we set up inside the skid and Hay Coral area. which means out from under the side of the house. you may want to plan accordingly. Davis will have some heaters and also some tent shelter.

all Home brew can be shared anywhere on premise. but any commercial beers we may happen to bring MUST be consumed with in the coral area. store opens at 9am.-4pm. so we need to be in and out by then again.

also keep in Mind JOe and the Crew at HopLoRe have invited us to come be a part of his day also.

He’s got some of the other brew clubs from down that way already lined up. so if you wish to brew there you are also welcome to do so. get out and brew before the weather gets too bad.
